项目摘要

○研究目的 : 校内初任者研修の枠組みをアクションリサーチを用いて設計し, 授業リフレクションの手法で授業研究を行い, 初任者の授業力向上を目指した。○研究方法 : 短期サイクルと長期サイクルの授業研究を並行して行うこととした。短期サイクルの授業研究は、学習指導案作成→授業実施→対話リフレクション→授業VTR視聴→自己リフレクションを週1回のサイクルで回し、一方、長期サイクルの授業研究は、7月、10月、11月に3回の研究授業を行い、それぞれの研究授業を中心に、問題確定段階(2回目以降は, 再確定段階)→改善策の立案→授業実施段階→省察・評価段階のサイクルを回した。○研究成果 : (1)問題確定段階 : 初任者が確定した問題は「課題を吟味してどのような発問や支援をするか考え、児童同士が考えを伝え合うような集団思考をどのように組織するか」であった。(2)改善策の立案 : ①思考の手立てとなる教材の工夫、②思考の手立てとなる発問の工夫、③思考を促す支援の工夫の3つを挙げた。(3)授業実施段階 : 学習指導案を作成し、実施した。(4)省察・評価段階 : ①教材の工夫については、3つの単元に共通して視覚的教材を活用し、思考の手立てとなるように工夫した。また、教材を使い分け、児童と学習内容との関連を図っていた。②発問の工夫については、具体的な発問によって児童の思考を焦点化させることができた。③支援の工夫については、実物投影機による演示や記入箇所への色付けなどの視覚的配慮を講じていた。以上のことから、アクションリサーチの枠組みで短期及び長期サイクルの授業研究を並行して行ったことにより、自己の課題を常に意識しながら、課題を一つ一つ改善して授業改善につなげることができた。また, 授業リフレクションの手法を取り入れ, 指導教員がメンターとして関わることで, 授業改善への意識を継続させながら初任者自身の気付きを促し, サポートすることができた。
