(目的)CGA(Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment)は、高齢者リハビリテーションの総合的機能評価法として、身体、精神、社会的機能を反映するものであり、高齢者の全身的能力回復の指標として重視され種々の評価法が開発されている.今回、この評価法に歯科的診査事項を加えた独自の評価法を確立し、高齢者に対する補綴治療による口腔諸機能の活性化がこの評価法に対し、どのような変動因子となり得るかについて検討を行った.(方法)被検者は補綴治療を目的に受診した患者の中から65歳以上のものを選択し、初診時における口腔諸機能の状態を把握するために、咀嚼能率検査、咬合力検査、Sirognathograph並びに咀嚼筋筋電図の分析、装着義歯のQualityに対する臨床評価並びに顎顔面頭蓋の形態的変化の分析を行う.同時に全身的状態を把握するために、一般的に用いられている総合的機能評価(CGA)に関して調査を行う.以上を補綴治療前の評価とし、次に各々の被検者に適当と考えられる補綴治療を行い、予後良好と判断された時点で、補綴治療後の評価を行う.その後、補綴治療前後の評価に関して比較を行い検討した.(結果)1.補綴治療前後において歯科的な診査項目(咀嚼能率検査、咬合力検査、Sirognathograph並びに咀嚼筋筋電図の分析)に関しては多くの場合良好な変化を示した.2.CGA評価項目の中では摂食に関すると考えられる項目で良好な変化が見られた.3.義歯のQualityは有意な変動因子となり得ることが示唆された.今回は、時間的な条件より予後良好と判断できるまで予後期間を経過した被験者数が少なく、統計学的な検索を行うためにも、今後被験者数を増やす予定である.

After treatment, repair before and after the evaluation of the relationship between the two sides of the study. (Results)1. Before and after the treatment, the items examined in the department of dentistry (masticatory energy test, occlusal force test, Sirognathograph, and masticatory tendon electrical test) were well changed in many cases. 2. The items examined in the CGA evaluation were well changed in many cases. 3. The Quality of the meaning of the intentional change factor was well changed in many cases. The number of people who have passed the test is less than the number of people who will be tested in the future.
