项目摘要

(1) 現代女性のコレクティブハウスに対する居住ニーズ兵庫県営コレクティブハウスの居住者へのヒアリング調査ならびに民間コレクティブに関心をもつ女性グループへのヒアリング調査を実施し、コレクティブハウスが女性に支持される理由には、家事、育児、介護の協働化やコミュニティー形成による安心感への期待が大きいこと、また、居住歴、現在の居住形態、家族に対する考え方、近隣との付き合いの程度や付き合いにたいする考え方がコレクティブ居住へのニーズに反映されること、を見出した。(2) 育児期の女性の居住ニーズ近年、供給されるようになった保育サービス付き共同住宅供給事例を収集し、その実体を調査した。保育サービス付き共同住宅とは、住宅供給主体が育児サービス運営主体と連携し、保育・託児プログラムを提供するサービス機能が付加された賃貸もしくは分譲の共同住宅で、通常、保育・託児のための共用空間が設けられている。調査から、現状では需要者のニーズとサービス提供形態や対価にズレが生じており、一部のサービスしか受容されていないこと、しかし、潜在的なニーズは大きく、居住者参加を組み入れるなど、運営形態に工夫の余地が残されていることが明らかになった。(3) 居住地特性と居住ニーズ現代女性の居住ニーズは居住地特性によって異なる。都心部に住む女性は、職住近接という有利な条件を有していることから、家事・育児とフルタイム就労とを両立させようとしており、対価をともなっても、居住関連サービスを需要する傾向がみられる。一方、郊外部に住む女性はパートタイム就労による仕事の家庭の両立や共同保育等、近隣資源を活用した問題解決を指向している。アンケート調査結果は、女性の職業、就労形態、扶養子の数等の変数が居住地特性と相関しており、居住地特性に即した支援施策が要請されることを示唆している。
