【本年度研究実績の概要】体育授業についての教師の実践的知識を長崎・佐賀・山口・香川・大阪・東京・神奈川・奈良県下41名の小学校教師を対象にイメージマップ・テストにより明らかにし,そのうえで,それらの知識と体育授業における教師の意思決定過程との関係を香川・大阪・神奈川県下の小学校体育授業を対象に再生刺激法を用いて検討しようとした.その結果,以下のことが明らかになった.1. イメージマップ・テストの有効性の検討これまで,イメージマップ・テストは,子どもの知識獲得の状況や概念形成の状態を捉える方法として主に知的教科を中心に用いられてきたが,本研究では,教師を対象に改良したイメージマップ・テストを実施し,その有効性を検討した結果,授業についての教師の知識や授業観・子ども観・教育観といった信念に関する事柄をも抽出できることが判明したが,同時に改良点も明らかになり,今後,改良を重ねる必要性が確認できた.2. 体育授業についての教師の実践的知識構造の検討イメージマップ・テストによる分析方法((1)流暢性と拡散性,(2)構造性,(3)初発語)のうち構造性による分析の結果,体育授業についての教師の実践的知識構造は教職経験年数に関係なく,概ね「教材」「教授方法」「子ども」と授業観・子ども観・教育観といった「教師個人の信念(brief)」から構成されていることが確認されたまた,初発語の分析結果から,教職経験年数や教育信念の違いによって体育授業についての拘りに違いがあることが明らかになった.3. 体育授業についての教師の実践的知識と意思決定過程との関係の検討体育授業についての教師の実践的知識と意思決定過程との関係を検討した結果,教師の意思決定は授業に対する信念を基に,授業内容については「教材」及び「子ども」についての知識を,授業展開については「教授方法」についての知識を中心としながら行われていることが明らかとなった.4. 今後の課題(1) 今後,実際の教育実践や教師教育に繋げるためにも,運動領域ごとの具体的な教材内容に関する知識を解明していくことが必要である.(2) 本研究では,改めて教師個々人の授業観・子ども観・教育観といった信念(brief)が,実践的知識とともに授業設計のうえで重要な要因であることが確認された.この教師個人の信念は,すでに個人レベルの指導論という概念で他教科で検討が進められており,体育授業についてもさらに検討を進めることが必要である.
