前年度の成果を踏まえ,高校生あるいは大学生に対する調査の実施可能性を検討した結果,調査項目を一部修正した上で,大学生を対象に予備的評価を実施した。予備的評価の概要は,次の通りである。1999年7月上旬に,大学生を対象とし,保健体育科目の時間を利用して,調査者が体育館へ出向き,調査実施マニュアルに基づいて調査を行った。調査の実施にあたっては,対象者のプライバシーを保証するとともに,可能な限り,調査結果の信頼性を高めるために,次のような対応を行った。(1)自記式無記名の調査票を用いる。(2)以下の説明をする-1)データは,青少年に対する健康教育の改善以外に利用されることはない,2)調査票に名前を書かないので,個人に迷惑をかけることはない,3)全体として統計的に処理されるため,個人を特定することはできず,また,回答によって,授業の成績が左右されることはない。(3)お互いに2m以上の間隔を空けて座り,回答する。(4)回答終了後,シール付きの封筒を自分で密封した上で,各自が回収箱に投函する。調査項目は,喫煙,飲酒,薬物乱用,運転(ヘルメット・シートベルトの着用),飲酒運転,性行動,食事,体重のコントロール,運動,武器の携帯,自殺願望,暴力についてで,一部では,その行動を避ける自信や学習経験等を加えた。さらに,危険行動とSelf-Esteemの関連を検討するために,Self-Esteem Scaleの邦訳版を加えた。全体として,青少年の危険行動を避けるスキルの習得に有効な包括的健康教育を強化する必要性が示唆される等,本研究で用いた評価尺度および調査マニュアルは,青少年の危険行動を包括的に評価するために一定の成果が認められた。今後は,より簡便で実行可能性の高いサーベイランスシステム開発に向けて,調査内容の精選を進めるなどの検討が必要と思われる。

The survey items included smoking, alcohol consumption, substance abuse, transportation, alcohol consumption, sexual behavior, food, weight, exercise, weapons carrying, suicide desire, violence, and some other factors. In this paper, the risk action and Self-Esteem correlation analysis,Self-Esteem Scale of the state version of the increase. All of them are aware of the necessity of strengthening health education in order to avoid risk. This study uses evaluation criteria to investigate the impact of risk on adolescents. In the future, it is necessary to improve the selection and discussion of investigation contents in order to improve the possibility of implementation.
