项目摘要

昨年度までに収集・作成した、インターネット(ホームページ)で公開されている情報のデータベースを元に、その情報を提供するシステムを構築した。また、その際には、簡易検索における検索キーワードの特徴を分析し、専門家だけでなく一般の利用者にも利用が容易な検索システムとなるように配慮した。本システムの特徴は、(1)独自の分類の採用であり、専門用語にこだわらず、ニーズから派生する語を見出し語とし、関連ある見出し語同士は相互参照が容易になるようにデザインした。(2)情報内容の表示は一覧表示と詳細表示による2段階で構成し、利用者が事前に閲覧するか否かを検討できるよう概略を提示している。(3)この概略には、見出し語にはならなかったが、それに準ずるキーワードを多く取り入れる。ことである。その結果として、利用者には(1)見出し語毎の詳細表示に対し、横の移動(同レベルでの情報拡大)が容易になった。(2)見出し語が不明であっても、本システムの分類に拘束されない、タイトルやURLなどの基本情報からの検索も可能になった。という効果が現れた。但し、検索語の分析結果から、利用者の検索語はさまざまであり、本検索システムの方式では不十分であり、今後、シソーラス辞書の追加などが課題となった。
