当年度は研究期間終了年度であり以下の研究・解析を行い結果を得たので報告する。対象:当大学病院人間ドック受診者15名、(男性9名、女性6名平均年齢41.4歳±5.3歳)方法:人間ドック受診日朝に舌の肉眼的所見、マイクロスコープ画像所見をビデオ画像に記録し、THI健康調査票を受診者に記載依頼した。これらは、当日午後得られた血液検査データとともにデータベースソフトを用いてデータベース化を行った。後日、結果を統計解析ソフトにて各項目間で強い相関関係のある項目(相関係数0.7以上のもの)を検索した。結果:1.舌の肉眼的所見と血液検査データの相関舌色は、MCHC・ヘモグロビン・尿酸・中性脂肪と正の、フルクとサミン・Na・HDLコレステロールと負の相関関係があった。苔質は、白血球像の単球と正の相関関係があった。苔色は、白血球像の単球・CRP・LDと正の相関関係があった。2.舌のマイクロスコープ画像と血液検査データの相関糸状乳頭色は、白血球像の単球・白血球数と正の相関関係があった。糸状乳頭径は、Amyと正の、総蛋白と負の相関関係があった。3.舌の肉眼的所見・マイクロスコープ画像とTHI健康調査票の質問内容との相関これらの検索では、強い相関を示す項目は認められなかった。考察:舌色と検査データの赤血球関連値が正の相関を示したことは、舌が血管に富むことから容易に推測される。しかし、その他の各相関結果の意味については、一概に説明できるものではなく、今後検討を行わなければならない。ただ、今回データを得た対象者が15名であり、これらの結果が真の相関関係を持つとは言い難い。今後継続的に当研究を進め、舌と血液データ、さらに健康状態についての関連を明らかにしたいと考える。また、当研究結果は、相当の対象を得た時点で論文発表を行うため現在投稿準備中である。

The meaning of each relevant result is not only explained, but also discussed in the future. There are only 15 people who have received data this time. It is difficult to say whether the results are true or related. In the future, the research on the relationship between blood and health status should be further developed. When the results of the study are available, the paper is ready for submission.
