研究実績は以下のとおり.本研究で必要となるITコーディネータ(教育におけるそれを、情報化推進コーディネータと一般に定義されたため、以下、情報化推進コーディネータと言う)に関する基礎的データを収集するために、通産省と情報処理振興事業協会(IPA)が平成10年度第一次補正予算事業である「教育の情報化推進事業」の内、社団法人日本教育工学振興会が行った「情報化推進コーディネータ・リーダ養成のためのカリキュラム・教材開発の研修会」に実務側の一員として参加した。その中で情報化推進コーディネータを目指す人々の資質の調査とその支援システムにかかわる基礎的データを収集した。また、その講習会で支援システムの雛型となるものを実際に利用し調査を行った。その講習会では公募による参加者が、情報化推進コーディネータとして必要な知識や技能を、講習会や自習用教材を通して身に付けるものであった。そこでは学習環境に関すること、校務の情報化に関すること、そしてネットワーク技術や社会に関することを中心として講義や実習が行われた。その研修のなかで本研究に必要となる情報化推進コーディネータの資質やその必要要件のデータを収集した。さらに、その支援するシステムに関して、メーリングリスト・Web掲示板・ファイル共有の仕組みを導入し、どの程度支援が行えるか調査を行った。本研究では、上記講習会の特徴である情報アクセス型研修の特徴をまとめ、その参加者の資質の評価について、「知識習得型」ではなく「課題解決型」の講習による効果が明らかになった。さらに、講習参加者の支援システムに対するの操作性などの要件が明らかになることにより、平成13年度から社団法人日本教育工学振興会にて行われるWBT(WEB-BASED TRAINING)による研修運用での指針となった。今後はこれらの知見をもとに、情報化推進コーディネータの実務に関する支援システムの開発が必要とされる。

The research achievements are as follows.
