项目摘要

本年度は,イギリスの中等音声国語教育について,次の二点を中心に研究を行った。第一点は,昨年度の研究を,より深め,なぜ中等学校で音声国語を教育しなければならないのかという,中等音声国語教育の根本思想の研究である。具体的には,イギリス教育科学省の諮問を受けて,国語教育の全国調査を行い,その結果をまとめた調査報告書『生活のための言語』(1975年刊,通称,バロック報告書)の論述を詳細に検討した。バロック報告書では,中等音声国語教育に関して,ある程度の文章量を割いて論述を展開しており,それを受けて,複数の勧告を提示している。しかし,それらの論述と勧告の関係を精読した結果,論拠・根拠に乏しく,恣意的な論考に陥っていることが明確になった。なぜ中等学校で音声国語教育を行わなければならないのかという疑問に対して,論拠・根拠を示すことができず,音声国語教育を行うのが当然であるという前提に立って述べられていることが明らかになった。本研究を通して,明確な論理的根拠を具備したカリキュラム開発の困難性が再認識された。第二点は,イギリスの中等音声国語評価論の研究である。具体的には,イギリスの中等音声国語評価活動を主導してきた,クリスタベル・バーニストンの著作を精読した。氏は,1968年と1982年に中等音声国語評価の啓蒙書を刊行している。その両書を比較した結果,氏の中等音声国語評価論の基本には変化がないことが明らかになった。本研究を通して,教育者の教育観の基本は,かなりの時間を経ても,大きくは変わらないという一側面が浮き彫りになった。

This year, we will conduct research on Chinese language education in the second place. The first point is to study the fundamental thought of Chinese education in middle schools. The results of a national survey of Mandarin education conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science in consultation with the Ministry of Education and Science are discussed in detail in the report "Life and Speech"(1975 issue, commonly known as the "Report"). In the report, the number of articles related to Chinese education in the middle tone is divided into two parts: the discourse is expanded, the reception is received, and the information is provided. The relationship between the two sides is very clear, and the relationship between the two sides is very clear. Specifically, the "Ikrisu" mid-voice Mandarin review activity is leading the way, and the works of Krisu Tassel·Bānausitoon are refined. From 1968 to 1982, the enlightenment book on Chinese with medium sound was published. The results of the comparison between the two books show that the basic theory of the Chinese language with middle sound has changed from one to the other. This study is based on the basic theory of education, time, and the bottom of education.
