中世後期からルネサンスの哲学を背景にしたスピノザ哲学の形成史の検討を通して、スピノザ哲学の独自性を測定することを目的として、今年度は次の研究を行い、新たな知見を得た。1、「形而上学思想」の検討及び「第二スコラ」の哲学者へーレボールドの著作『メレマテマタ』との関係に関する検討を集中して行い、特に、作用原因を中心とした原因概念が内在化されていること、及び、認識論に関わる概念の把握において伝統的な抽象概念が批判に晒されている点に大きな意味があることを明らかにした。2、『知性改善論』に関し、改めて最近の研究成果を参考にしながら、全体の構成に関して一定の見通しを得ると共に、翻訳を改定しつつ訳注を作成し、引用の意味づけをも含めたテキスト全体の細部に対する理解を深めた。3、上記の研究をもとにしながら、『エチカ』の内在的な研究を進め、それ以前の著作からの発展の模様を明らかにする作業に着手した。より具体的には、一旦『エチカ』の体系を問題群ごとに解体し、それ以前の著作との関係を辿るという作業を進め、特に「共通概念」の位置づけに関して一定の見通しを得た。『短論文』において既に見られる汎神論的思想をルネサンスの思想と対比させるという主題、またそこにおける属性の位置づけに関しては、残念ながら十分な検討を終えることが出来なかった。今後はこの点に関する研究を進めた上で、これまでの研究を統合し、<存在の一義性>をめぐる研究プロジェクトの総括を行うことになる。その際、ドゥンス・スコトゥスの<存在の一義性>の哲学が、あくまでも存在「概念」の一義性の哲学であり、従って、一連の表象の哲学を準備したものであることをおさえつつ、スピノザ哲学の「力の形而上学」を背景にした一義性の哲学の有する独自性の意味に焦点を集めて研究の総括を行うことになろう。
