项目摘要

前年度からの課題であるフィリピン人母子とのコンタクトは,不況による温泉地区の在日外国人の減少もあり,困難であった。平行して,隣接する小松市において増加する日系ブラジル人労働者に着目した。彼らの多くは正社員ではないため,十分な健康管理がされていないのが現実であった。そこで、大手A企業の健康管理センターと連携し,日系ブラジル人労働者232人を対象に健康意識,日常生活状況,健康状況を明らかにする目的で質問紙調査を行った。回収率は84.5%,男性99人,女性97人,平均年齢30.6才であった。また,健康意識について日本人社員にも同様の質問紙調査を行っており,日本人社員と比較すると日系ブラジル人のほうが日常生活においてより健康的な行動をとっていることが明らかになった。彼らの多くが2世,3世で容姿は日本人に近く,日本人の祖父母や父母に教育を受けている。しかし同時にブラジルの文化の影響をも受けており,自らのアイデンティティーはブラジル人で、あるという者が多い。このように彼らの健康に影響を及ぼす要因としての文化背景にはブラジル人、日本人では説明のつかない特異なものがあると考えられ,それに小松市や企業という環境からくる要因が複雑に絡み合っていると判断した。以上の結果を基に,今後,日常生活状況や健康意識が健康診断結果とどのような関係性を持つのかについて健診結果とリンクさせた分析や,小松市における日系ブラジル人労働者の健康に影響を及ぼす文化ケアのシステムを明らかにするための民族看護学の手法を用いた質的研究も検討課題であることがわかった。
