项目摘要

本年度は本研究の最終年であった。言政学の考え方は英語が世界の全てを語ると考えがちな英米の研究者の発想からは出て来にくいものであり、幸いなことに、些か虚をついた形の発想は世界の研究者に広く受け入れられた。招待講演も受けたが、残念なことに、研究期間中に国立大学の法人化準備が進行し、専任教官が極めて少ない総合研究大学院大学にあって、学長補佐等の仕事を同時並行しなければならず、とてもではないがすべての招待講演を受諾する時間がなかった。そのことで、世界の研究者の期待を多少裏切ることになったことは、極めて残念である。最終年度の7月に、上記のような状態から脱却するために、国立民族学博物館に転任し、その後は2回の招待講演をこなした。国立民族学博物館では研究用サーバー使用に制限があり、、サーバーを使った実証研究にまで及んでいないが、その点を除けば、当初予定していた研究成果をはるかに超える研究ができた。また、国際NPO/NG0学会(ISTR : International Society for Third Sector Research)の次期会長(President-Elect)に選任されたが、これは世界の研究者に言政学の斬新な研究成果が受け入れられたものと考えている。なお、ISTRというのは現在、87カ国の会員がいる文字通りの「国際学会」である。実は言政学の発想は、同学会の理事会の運営から出てきたものであり、その点で世界のNPO研究者に、早い時間で広まったのであろう。2005年1月からは、国際NPO/NGO学会の会長となるが、同学会の運営にも言政学的な考え方を反映することが、すでに、理事会で決定している。また、下記キーワードはすべて本研究から生まれたオリジナルである。
