项目摘要

夫/恋人から暴力を受けた女性被害者6名に面接を行ったデータを分析し、暴力に繋がる加害者の価値観・信条に影響を与えていえると考えられる加害者の家族関係を、被害者がどのように意味づけているのかを明らかにした。その結果、加害者の家族関係では、「父が暴力的環境で成長」「父から母への暴力」「父から加害者への一方的押し付け」「父親の影響力大」「母の身体的虐待」「母との信頼関係不十分」「離婚」「甘やかしすぎ」「安心感がない家庭」の9のカテゴリが抽出された。被害者は、加害者の「父が暴力的環境で成長」したことが、「父から母への暴力」「父から加害者への一方的押し付け」に繋がっていると捉えていた。他に「父親の影響力大」「母の身体的虐待」から、加害者は男女・親子関係における力関係を学習し、相手の視点で物事を見ることができず、弱者への支配を身につけた。つまり、夫婦/恋人関係は対等ではなく自分が優位、妻や物事を自分の思い通りにしてもよいと感じた。そして、妻/恋人・子どもに対する共感性欠如のために、自分中心の考えや行動をとり、暴力を軽んじるようになった。また、「父から母への暴力」を見て男性優位の意識が強まり、「母との信頼関係が不十分」だったため、母から得られなかったものを妻/恋人から得ようと、女性に対する期待が高くなった。加害者はこのような生育家庭を「安心感がない」と感じ、被害者意識が強くなったと被害者は意味づけしていると考えられる。看護の世界では、患者とのやり取りを振り返ることを通じて、患者との望ましい対人関係について学ぶために「プロセスレコード」を用いる。自分の信念や価値観を明らかにし自分の傾向に気付きやすいために、特に看護学生が用いることが多い。そこで、暴力を止めたいと思っている加害者がプロセスレコードを用いることで、自分の価値観や、思考や行動パターンに気付く一助になると考える。
