项目摘要

昨年度に引き続きカンボジアにおける女性の健康問題、特にポルポト時代を生き抜いた女性たちの現在の生活状況と健康問題を把握するために面接調査を行った。本年度は二つの医療機関において、女性医療スタッフ13名、患者もしくは患者の家族39名、合計52名にインタビューを行った。昨年度に面接を行った41名と本年度の52名で、合計93名の方から情報を収集できた。過去1年間に見られたカンボジアの首都プノンペンの表面的な目覚しい発展とは裏腹に、昨年度と本年度のインタビュー結果に大きな差異は見られず、女性たちはかわらずポルポト当時の困苦を抱え生活していることがわかった。紛争時代から20数年を経た現在でも、日々の生活の中で当時の困苦を思い起こし、不安を覚え苦しんでいることが判明した。一般市民である女性たちだけでなく、カンボジアの精神医療に従事している医療スタッフからの聞き取りも行った。カンボジアの精神医学教育は1994年に始まったばかりで、医師、看護師など精神医療にかかわる医療従事者の不足がある。特に地方において、これは一般的に医療従事者が少ないこともあるが、特に精神医療に従事するものが少ない現状が上げられた。本研究の調査地域としてカンボジアを対象としていたが、今回、コンゴ民主共和国の内戦によってタンザニアに避難した難民が生活するキャンプにおいてHIV/AIDSの調査を行う一行に同行できた。本研究のために男女合わせて26名に対し個別に面接調査を行い、経験した内戦が現在の健康にどのように影響を与えているか本人の主観から情報を得た。紛争経験自体が健康に直接が影響を与えているのか、難民という状況が彼らの健康状況に影響を与えているのかの分析が必要であり、今後詳細な情報を収集を含め調査を継続する必要がある。秦野は、今回の調査を元に、日本看護協会看護学会、看護総合部門において「紛争経験者への看護(1)カンボジアの一般女性の健康問題〜現地での面接調査を通して〜」で発表を行った。

A survey was conducted on women's health issues and their current living conditions. This year, there were 13 women in medical institutions and 39 patients in families, totaling 52 women in medical institutions. The Japanese Nursing Association, Nursing Association and Nursing Integration Department conducted a report entitled "Care for Displaced Women (1) Health Problems of Women in General ~ Local Interface-to-Face Survey ~".
