【目的】平成17度は、前年度予備的に実施した3つの実験パラダイム中、日常の社会的状況を最も近似している「対話ペア判断実験」に焦点を絞り、実験パラダイムの確立とデータ収集および分析を行った。【方法】PDD群11名(HFA・PDD・PDDNOS成人)、定型群12名に協力を依頼し、実験を行った。実験は実験条件24場面、統制条件12場面で構成し、全被験者とも実験条件・統制条件の順に、1場面1試行として実験を行った。刺激は、実験条件では「2者の対話場面を複数ビデオ撮影し、場面1のA者とB者、場面2のB者の3画面をA者を左中央、B者を右上下に配置し、A者の音声のみを再生した合成動画」、統制条件では「横倒しにした太鼓の上面に紙片を散らし、下面から太鼓を叩く状況を上・下面別個に撮影し、実験条件と同様に構成した合成動画」とした。両条件とも左画面と同期する右画面が上下何れであるかの判断が課題である。一試行の刺激時間は両条件とも1分間であり、判断のボタン押しにより刺激提示を停止した。遂行測度は正誤試行数と判断時間とした。【結果】1)実験条件 誤答率はPDD群で9.5%、定型群で1.7%であった。PDD2名は特に誤答率が高く20%を超えていたため、分析から除外した。除外後の正誤試行数はPDD群で[正202・誤14]、定型群で[正283・誤5]であり、これら2群の正誤試行数分布はFisherの正確確率検定で有意差を示した(p=0.008)。判断時間については場面毎の被験者間平均値を算出し群間でU検定を行った結果、有意差を示した(PDD群中央値=18.78sec,定型群中央値=12.17sec;z近似=3.99,p=6.63e-5)。2)統制条件 誤答率はPDD群で1.1%、定型群で1.7%であった。実験条件に合わせたPDD2名除外後の正誤試行数はPDD群で[正214・誤2]、定型群で[正283・誤5]であり、これら2群の正誤試行数分布はFisherの正確確率検定で有意差を示さなかった(p=0.448)。判断時間については場面毎の被験者間平均値を算出し群間でU検定を行った結果、有意差を示した(PDD群中央値=9.62sec,定型群中央値=4.94sec;z近似=4.64,p=3.42e-6)。【考察】正誤試行数では実験条件におけるPDD群の遂行の悪さが認められた。判断時間では、実験・統制両条件ともPDDの遂行が悪かったが、判断時間中央値のPDD群・定型群差は実験条件の方が大きかった。以上の結果より、PDD群において対話ペア判断課題における対人認知過程に関わる困難さがあることが示唆された。
