本研究は,循環型社会形成を目指して,家庭におけるインプット(製品購入)とアウトプット(廃棄物発生)の関係を調査し,QOL(Quality of Life)の変動による環境負荷低減の可能性を評価することを目的とする。本年度は製品購入と廃棄物発生に関する調査を行った。調査は,愛知県,名古屋市等の自治体の協力の下,愛知県下約500世帯に依頼した。500世帯をA, Bの2グループに分け,2週間その世帯が購入した食品と日用品の種類と重量,生ゴミおよび容器包装ゴミの発生を記録してもらった。第1週は普段の生活を送ってもらい,第2週はAグループには冷蔵庫の中身をチェックして購入量を調整してもらい,Bグループにはエコクッキングにより廃棄物の発生量削減をお願いした。結果によると,ただし,A, B両グループとも生ゴミが減少したグループと増加したグループに分かれ,その比は約6:4であった。各グループの平均を取ると,A, B両グループとも生ゴミは第1週目より第2週目のほうが約10%少なかった。これにより,冷蔵庫チェックやエコクッキングが生ゴミ削減に効果があることがわかった。また,購入量と廃棄物発生量の関係を調べると,購入量と調理くず発生量は相関が見られたが,購入量と食べ残し,賞味期限切れは相関が見られなかった。これは,調理くずに関しては,購入行動が影響しているが,食べ残し,賞味期限切れに関しては購入行動以外のライフスタイルが大きく影響していることが示唆される。

This study aims to investigate the relationship between household consumption (product purchase) and consumption (waste generation) and to evaluate the possibility of environmental load reduction due to changes in QOL(Quality of Life). This year, we conducted a survey on product purchases and waste generation. The survey was conducted in cooperation with Aichi Prefecture, Nagoya City and other municipalities, and Aichi Prefecture was established around the 500th century. 500 years of A, B and 2 groups of people, 2 weeks of the world to buy food and daily necessities of the type and weight, production and packaging of containers and development records. In the first week, the daily life of the general population was reduced. In the second week, the amount of cold storage in the inventory was adjusted.
