1. 予定とおりに、本研究は順調に終わった。研究補助金を頂いたため、本研究と綿密関係がある下記の論文が完成した:a.趙:Child Labor and Globalization, Journal of Labor Economics 25, 3, pp. 553-579, July 2007に掲載済、E. Dinopoulosと共著;b.胡:Status-Seeking, Catching-Up and Policy Effect Analysis in a Dynamic Heckscher-Ohlin Model, Review of Development Economics. 11(2), 2007に掲載済;c.趙と胡:Dynamic Labor Standards under International Oligopoly, Takashi Kamihigashi and Laixun Zhao, (Editors), International Trade and Economic Dynamics: Essays in memory of Koji Shimomura, Springer Publisherに掲載予定;d.趙:Labor Standards, Labor-Management Negotiations and International Rivalry, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization でEditorに最終判断中である;e.趙:International Labor Standards and North-South Competition, World EconomyでEditorに最終判断中である。研究成果は上記とおりに認めてもらったので、今後の研究にもつながりが出来たと思われる。2.2007年10月アメリカのMichigan大学で開かれたMidwest International Economic Meetingsにで共著者の春山鉄源教授(神戸大学経済学研究科)を派遣し、共著論文の報告をしてもらった。3.2008年3月中旬にイギリスNottingham大学経済学部のArijit Mukherjee准教授を一週間招聘し、「労働組合と外国直接投資」についての共同研究の打合せをした。「Advantageous Parallel Import: Firm Asymmetry and Unionized Labor Market」をDiscussion Paperに作成中である。
