项目摘要

本研究では、医療現場における集団変容の要因とそのプロセスについて、参与観察とアクションリサーチを中心にデータ収集・分析を行っている。今年度は前年度より引き続き、病院組織全体を対象に研究をすすめ<病院共同体>という新概念を提唱、理論化と実践への応用を試みてきた。具体的には、従前より当院小児病棟中心に行われてきた療養環境改善事業「療養環境プロジェクト」におけるボランティア活動支援・芸術活動支援を、病院全体の事業として支援する組織「ボランティア活動ワーキンググループ」の立ち上げと整備に協力し、アクションリサーチを進めた。組織的な支援によって、慢性疾患患児・家族だけでなく成人患者や小児科以外の小児患者の心的回復に寄与し、関わる医療者および病院職員の達成感・やりがい感に繋がる点を、協働論を援用して考察した。特に<病院共同体>における芸術活動に関しては、芸術の<病院共同体>および組織への影響を重視し、協働論に基づいた<Community-Collaborative Art>という概念を提唱して、従来のアートセラピーやホスピタルアートと一線を画している。また映像作家と協力し小児向けがん化学療法解説用アニメーションを開発し、新しい科学技術コミュニケーションの手法として芸術表現技法の応用を試みた。さらにボランティアや芸術家の<病院共同体>への参加が、病院の運営・経営や安全へ寄与する点を指摘し、活動理論を援用して<学びあう、病院改革>と称する新しい病院経営の手法として提案している。これらの成果は、第54回グループ・ダイナミックス学会、第7回アジア社会心理学会、第1回ISCARアジア大会、第45回日本特殊教育学会、第49回小児血液学会で発表した。
