项目摘要

平成18年度末にかけて実施したピアサポータートレニングプログラムを受けたメンバーを中心とする20〜30代の当事者7名を対象に、ピアサポータートレーニングプログラム作成委員会を結成して月に1回のペース計11回集まり、研究協力者と(中塚圭子)ともにフィシリテーターを努めて将来のピアサポートに向けての都トレーニングプログラム練成を図った。また当事者家族の要請を受けて、家族向けピアサポータートレニングプログラムを平成19年9月から20年3月まで計8回実施した。これらの活動を経て当事者らがどのように障害を持つ自分自身の意識を変容させたかを検討できるようにビデオに録画した。こうした活動の合間に、これまで調査したカナダや、京都、福知山、大阪、奈良、神戸の当事者団体と可能な限り連絡を取り合い、当事者のあり方めぐって意見を交わしながら連携を図り、平成20年2月から3月にかけてカナダの当事者団体スタッフを招いて福知山、神戸、奈良で相談を開くとともに、当事者団体やピアサポーターらの協力を得て、花園大学においてフォーラムを開催した。以上の活動経過は当事者団体会報や「福祉と人間科学」に記し、発達心理学会で発表した。研究3年目の終わりに到達した課題は、以下の3点である。まず高次脳機能障害がリハビリ求められる会社適応に専心するのみならず、自己適応をも要すること。また「会社に向けて発信するピア」というモデルを得ることが、自己変容を推進すること。家族もまた適応およびピアというモデルを要していること。これら3つの観点は、当事者とその家族が会社との接点を得ていく上で、不可欠のものと思われる。
