项目摘要

本研究の目的は、大学院修士課程がん看護専門看護師(以下、OCNS)コースを履修する学生の実践能力を育成する教育方法を検討することである。そのために1.OCNSコース修了生が考えるがん看護専門看護師が役割遂行に必要と考える能力、2.OCNSコース修了生が受けた教育(方法と内容)をどのように受け止めているか、3.OCNSコース修了生の学習環境に対する評価を明らかにすることを目標とした。対象は、認定を受けたOCNSコース修了生本研究への参加の承諾が得られた者とした。倫理的配慮として、研究者の所属機関の倫理審査を受け、対象者に研究依頼書を送付し返信用ハガキにて研究参加の同意の得られた対象者に対して参加可能な面接会場の希望を確認した。面接時には、口頭と文書で研究概要と研究参加の自由意思、プライバシーの保護等について説明し、承諾書での了解を得た。研究方法として、半構成的質問紙を持いた4〜8名のグループ面接を行い、許可を得て面接内容を録音した。質問内容は、OCNSが役割遂行に必要と考える能力、自らが受けた教育においてOCNSに必要な能力を習得するための教育方法であったかどうか、学習環境に対する評価である。得られたデータは、OCNSが役割遂行に必要と考える能力、受けた教育の評価、学習環境の評価と考えられる部分を抽出し、コード化、分類した。結果、対象者は、27名で全員女性、平均年齢は39.1歳で、ONSコース入学前の平均臨床経験年数は10年、終了後の平均臨床経験は3.5年、認定後の平均経験年数は1.9年であった。役割遂行のために必要と考える能力として、情報収集する能力、アセスメント能力、コミュニケーション能力、協調する能力等があり、教育の評価として、実践事例からの学び、研究への取り組み過程からの学び、OCNSと接する実習での学び等があった、学習環境として良かった事として、教員の手厚い指導、OCNSからのアドバイス、病棟スタッフの協力等あり、悪かった事して、経済的な負担、研究に時間がかけられない等があった。これらの結果から、OCNSコースにおける教育は最善をつくされているが、経済性を考慮し何を学ぶかというカリキュラム構成を再考する必要性が示唆された。
