项目摘要

1農学部と県下農林漁業系専門高校との連携の在り方について高大連携会議や専門高校訪問を通して話し合いを積み重ね、相互理解を図ってきた。さらに、学校農業クラブ県大会に審査員や視察者として参加したり、個別に懇談できる機会を設けたりしてきた。また、農山漁村地域マネジメント特別コースの学生と高校生が1泊2日、4泊5日の宿泊体験をする機会も設けた。これらの取り組みにより連携は進んだが、高校側の教員の異動も多いので、常に交流の場を設け相互理解を図ることの必要性を痛感している。双方が本音で話し合えるように、信頼関係を築くことが求められている。2愛媛大学農学部農山漁村地域マネジメント特別コースについて本コースの成否は、本コースの理念を的確に理解した学生を得られるか否かにかかっていると言える。本コースはAO入試によっているが、本コースの理念について高校教員、受験生、保護者、出身市町担当者の理解を得る大切さを痛感している。カリキュラムについては、2年前から検討を重ねてきたが、特に、課題科目44単位は本コースの特徴を明確に表現している。具体的には、2年次の農林漁家実習、農林漁業団体実習各6単位、3年次の農林漁業法人実習、農林漁業自治体実習各6単位、4年次の農林漁業課題研究10単位等である。指導体制は専任教員の他、本学の協力教員、現場のアカデミックアドバイザー、客員教授等を配置した。そして、運営に当たっては、教員の共通理解を図るため週1回程度のコース会議を必要とすることがわかった。
