项目摘要

Transtheoretical Modelによる5段階の行動変容ステージを踏まえて、薬物依存者の家族を対象とした支援プログラムを開発した。プログラムの内容は、初期介入と中長期支援に分けられる。前者は、変えることが望ましい行動について、気づいていない・変える気がない、「無関心期」、そのうち変えようと思っている「関心期」、すぐにでも変えようと思っている「準備期」の各ステージにある者を対象とするものであり、4回のセッションで構成されている。後者は、行動を変え始めてから6ヶ月未満の「実行期」、行動を変え始めてから6ヶ月以上の「維持期」の各ステージにある者を対象とし、6回のセッションで構成されている。このプログラムの大きな特徴は、次の3点である。第一は、プログラムに行動変容ステージを導入したことであり、これによりクライアントのステージに応じた支援が可能となる。第二は、家族自身を主たる支援対象と位置づけている点であり、これにより薬物依存者の受診・受療状況や、違法薬物使用の場合の検挙・処罰の状況にかかわらず、プログラムを提供することが可能である。第三は、長期支援の必要性を重視し、既存のピアサポートグループとの協働を重視した内容となっている点である。薬物依存者の家族に対する支援は、平成20年8月に示された第三次薬物乱用防止5カ年戦略の目標4(4)に記載されているが、これまでのところ国内での継続的支援実績は、ごく限定的なものにとどまっていることから、今後の地域における家族支援実施への本研究の成果の寄与が見込まれる。
