A Study on Emotions of Schoolchildren and Students in Learning Processes and Ordinary Life Activities

Seven reports are presented in this study.Each report is summarized as follows.Report I-III are discussed on the fluctuation of deep body temperature (DBT) and skin temperature (ST) of male and female students in daily and seasonal categories. It was observed that DBT was usually stable except extreme changes of circumstances. But ST was affected by conditions of active be haviors and clothes of persons at each day or season. A large fluctuation pattern of ST was observed at peripheral areas as compared with central areas of a body.Report IV is discussed on learning health and ordinary activities of schoolchildren by means of a questionnaire research. It was recognized that many schoolchildren were spend their lives comfortably, but some children were complaining fatigues like adult-types at schools and at homes.Report V-VI is discussed on the fluctuation of galvanic skin reflex (GSR) of schoolchildren in learning processes. It was suggested that fluctuation patterns were related to their practical participations in learning than results of subject-tests.Report VII is discussed on the relation between the fluctuation of ST and sensitivity to cold of female students. It was observed that persons who felt so sensitive to cold presented usually low ST, and their recoveries as were before from low thermal stimuli were later than persons who did not feel sensitive to cold.Totally, it was recognized that GSR, body temperature and heart rates were useful for examinations of emotions of schoolchildren and students during learning processes and their ordinary life activities.
