项目摘要

本年度は以下の調査研究活動を行った。(1)精神障害者のセルフヘルプ・グル-プである東京連合会活動の追跡調査、リ-ダ-層への面接調査。(2)東京周辺、大阪、北海道、新潟等における精神保健領域の回復者クラブ、並びにAA、断酒会へのフィ-ルドワ-ク、リ-ダ-層を対象とした面接調査。(3)身体的な慢性疾患(がん、肝臓病、心臓病等)の患者会へのフィ-ルドワ-ク並びにリ-ダ-層への面接調査、及び精神保健領域のセルフヘルプ・グル-プとの比較検討。(4)関連領域の研究者、実践家との研究会。これらの調査研究活動によって、以下の知見を得た。(1)セルフヘルプ・グル-プの活動は、疾病や障害を受容していく過程におけるアイデンティティ危機を克服する上で有効な役割を果たす。(2)セルフヘルプ・グル-プが資源・権利等の要求獲得運動と、価値形成やアイデンティティ確立の何れを重視するかは、その障害や疾病への社会的偏見の程度や、社会保障制度の整備状況が影響を及ぼしている(3)セルフヘルプ・グル-プの活動から、健康問題に限らず困難な問題への対処全般に適応可能な方法論(限界の受容、困難との共有と理解による相互支援、体験交流を通じた見通しの発見等)を抽出できる。(4)セルフヘルプ・グル-プ活動の活性化と継続にとって、メンバ-の対人関係は重要な勇因であるが、とりわけ精神保健領域の場合にその傾向が強い。身体的な慢性疾患患者のセルフヘルプ・グル-プでは、リ-ダ-の健康状態が集団活性に大きな影響を与える場合が多い。(5)セルフヘルプ・グル-プへの専門職の関与の度合はグル-プの発展段階によって規定される。専門職の関与がグル-プの自律を阻害するに到った時点で、当事者の突き上げによって葛藤が生じるが、これを契機に専門職が当事者の自立性への信頼を高めれば集団の自律度が高まる。

The following research activities were carried out this year. (1)Tracking survey of activities of the Tokyo Federation of Mental Disorders, face-to-face survey of mental disorders (2)A survey of respondents in the mental health field around Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido, Niigata, etc. (3)Patients with chronic diseases of the body (liver disease, heart disease, etc.) will be asked to conduct an in-person survey of the disease and a comparative study of the disease in the field of mental health. (4)Research association of researchers, practitioners and related fields. The following observations were made during the investigation and research activities. (1)In the process of disease prevention and treatment, there is a need to overcome the disease. (2)(3) The requirements of resources, benefits, etc. for obtaining movement, value formation, establishment, importance, obstacles, social prejudice of diseases, influence of social protection system, etc.(Boundaries, difficulties, mutual understanding, mutual support, physical communication, communication, etc.) (4)There is a strong tendency for activation of activities in the mental health field and for relationships to be important. The health status of patients with chronic diseases of the body has a large impact on the activity of the group and many occasions. (5)The requirements for the development stage of the project are set out in the relevant documents of the project. The self-discipline of the group is high when the relationship between the group and the group is blocked at the time point, when the group is suddenly affected, when the group is self-reliant, and when the group is self-reliant.
