New gallstone solvent with dissolving action for mucin in the gallstone.

我们对胆结石的成分进行了分析，结果表明：(1)胆石中存在核苷-网状结构，发挥了胆结石的构筑作用；(2)核蛋白进入胆石是以硫酸基糖蛋白为酸性核蛋白。因此，我们尝试以去乙酰半胱氨酸为核蛋白溶解胆结石的核蛋白。乙酰半胱氨酸在体外能迅速崩解所有的胆结石。乙酰半胱氨酸是酸性的，在使用中被NaAltCO_3中性。乙酰半胱氨酸在pH 7.5-8.0的条件下分解效果最好。我们检测了乙酰异黄素对大鼠的毒性作用。结论乙酰半胱氨酸可能是一种胆结石溶剂，其机制可能与胆结石中溶解的核蛋白网络有关。

We performed the analysis of the composition of gallstones, and obtained the results that ; (1)there were the nucine-network structures into the gallstones, which carried out the Constructive role of the gallstone, (2)nucin into the gallstones were the sulfated glyeoprotein as a acidic nucin.In this result, we tried to dissolve the gallstone nucin by ascetylcystein as a nucous solvent.Acetylcystein disintegrated theall Rind of gallstones in vitro prompthy.Acelytystein was acidic substunce and neutrized by NaltCO_3 in use.Disintegrating action of acetylcystein was best under the Condition of pH 7.5-8.0. We examined the toxicity of acetylystein injecting into the bete duct. Gcute and chronic toxicity was not observed in histochemicaly and blood demically.Conculusion, we think the acetylcystein is a gallstone solvent, by mechanism of the dissolved nucin network in the gallstone.
