Considering about the results of literature review and factory visiting, we have written a book titled "Introduction to the Paradigm of Loosely-structured Organization : Japanese Style of Management in the New Age" (published by Bunshindou, 1994).First, in the book, we have built up a new framework in examining the effects of new technology on personnel management in organization. That is, we have investigated empirically causal relationship among new technology, organizational structure and personnel management, which had not been much examined in business administration.Second, we had opportunities to interview top managers of some companies such as Toshiba Corporation and Haseko Corporation in order to investigate practices of personnel management in detail, which has not been fully examined in the book. As a result, we have found the fact that management organization, unlike work organization, is affected by more corporate strategy and social trends than new technology itself.The results were reported at some foreign universities, such as University of Koblenz, Glasgow University, Imperial College, North-western University, etc. We have got prospects that we might engage in an international-joint study on the same theme in near future, since many foreign researchers have shown a great deal of interest in our research results.

考虑到文献综述和工厂参观的结果，我们写了一本名为《松散结构组织范式导论：新时代的日本管理风格》的书（Bunshindou， 1994年出版）。首先，在这本书中，我们建立了一个新的框架来研究新技术对组织人事管理的影响。也就是说，我们对新技术、组织结构和人事管理三者之间的因果关系进行了实证研究，而这在企业管理中并没有得到太多的研究。其次，我们有机会采访了一些公司的高层管理人员，如东芝公司和Haseko公司，以详细调查人事管理的做法，这在书中没有得到充分的研究。因此，我们发现，与工作组织不同，管理组织更多地受到企业战略和社会趋势的影响，而不是新技术本身。国外一些大学，如科布伦茨大学、格拉斯哥大学、帝国理工学院、西北大学等也报道了这一结果。由于许多外国研究人员对我们的研究成果表现出极大的兴趣，我们有可能在不久的将来就同一主题进行国际合作研究。
