The problem of the study will be analyzed in the form of the following objectives : 1) to outline the basic problems and it's reasonable direction of development, in the aspects of the undertakings of management and consultant supporting. 2) to describe the situation of computer use and the coming problems. 3) to analyze the progress of the agricultural information sector and the development of horticulture. 4) to analyze the significance of the establishment of the high level system of agricultural information. 5) to describe the information of land and the system of the land information. 6) to describe the situation of information of territory and the situation of resources management. 7) to analyze the relationship between the system of regional resources management and the high level information. 8) to describe the development of agricultural information sector and horticulture. 9) to analyze the relationship between the use of agricultural information and high level information in agricultural marketing in abroad. 10) to analyze the relationship between the system of geological information and agriculture. 11) to analyze the relationship between GIS and natural resources management.

本研究的问题将以以下目标的形式进行分析：1)概述管理和咨询支持事业方面的基本问题和合理的发展方向。2)描述计算机的使用情况和即将出现的问题。3)分析农业信息化的进展和园艺业的发展。4)分析了建立高水平农业信息系统的意义。5)对土地信息和土地信息系统进行描述。6)描述国土信息状况和资源管理状况。7)分析区域资源管理体制与高层信息化的关系。8)描述农业信息产业和园艺业的发展。9)分析国外农业信息利用与高端信息在农产品营销中的关系。10)分析地质信息系统与农业的关系。11)分析地理信息系统与自然资源管理的关系。
