项目摘要

本研究における成果は、先に、日本農業普及学会の平成20年度春季シンポジュームで報告した。その報告要旨及び最終報告は、当学会誌『農業普及研究』(平成21年6月刊行予定)に掲載される。本研究において特に重点をおいた理論的研究の内容は、農業普及をめぐる産業組織論的交際比較研究及び歴史的展開に関する研究である。また、本研究においては上記の理論的研究を基礎にした実証的研究を重視しており、その主な内容は、農業普及をめぐる多様な運営・活動主体の実現の把握・分析とその類型化に関する研究である。そこで得られた知見は多いが、その主要な知見は以下の諸点である。1) 公的部門における普及主体の多様化、民間部門における普及主体の多様化の進展。2) 普及主体が展開する普及活動の高度化と多様化の進展。3) 普及事業・普及活動の専門化と高度化と多様化、特に企業次元、地域次元、ここの活動次元における多様化の進展。4) 民営化・多様化、有料化の親展。なお、上記にした多様化の動向は、国の間で、また、特定国内における産業間、地域間において精査し、検討することが重要になってきている。

The results of this study were reported by the Japan Agricultural Popularization Society in the spring of 20th. The main points of the report and the final report are published in the journal "Agricultural Popularization Research"(published in June 2011). The research content of the special focus of this research is related to the communicative comparative study of industrial organization theory and the development of historical research on agricultural popularization. In this study, we attach importance to the theoretical research foundation of the above-mentioned research, the research of the main content, the multi-operation of agricultural popularization, the research of the realization of the main activity, the analysis and the classification.そこで得られた知见は多いが、その主要な知见は以下の诸点である。1)The diversification of popular subjects in the public sector and the diversification of popular subjects in the private sector are progressing. 2)Progress in the diversification and diversification of popularization activities. 3)The progress of diversification of popularization business, popularization activities, and diversification of enterprise dimension, regional dimension, and activity dimension. 4)Civil administration, diversification, materialization and personal development.
