We have studied the tree dimensional structure of the magnetic neutral line, which is believed to be important in the magnetic reconnection process in space plasma environment. New findings/developments are1) New hybrid/two-fluid numerical scheme with high accuracy. Discovery of the excitation of turbulence due to the coupling between tearing mode and drift wave instabilities2) Observational evidence of the Alfvenic relation between the velocity perturbation and field perturbation, which has been theoretically predicated in our study in 1993.3) Construction of a new 2-fluid/hybrid scheme retaining the electron inertia effect, which is believed to be important for the microstructure of magnetic neutral lines. We have found the possibility that the electron tail current contribution can exceed the ion tail current.4) Observation of non-Harris type tail current structure5) Existence of a characteristic spatial/time scale in the magnetotail turbulence
