本年度の研究では、今後、養護学校教員の力量の伸長を促すための研修形態のあり方を検討するための第一段階として、まず、(1)これまで養護学校教員が受けてきた研修の形態を明らかにし、さらに(2)養護学校教員が必要としている力量の教員の個人特性と関連づけて明らかにすることを目的とした。対象は、東京、埼玉、千葉、神奈川、新潟、長野の各都県の養護学校41校(精神薄弱23校、肢体不自由9校、病弱9校)の教員2,142名に対して郵送法によるアンケート調査を実施した。有効回答数は1,418であり、回収率は66.2%であった。本研究から明らかにされた点をまとめると以下の通りである。・これまで受けてきた研修の場については、どの養護学校においても、各学校内で行う研修会等への参加が大半を占めており、外部の機関で研修を受ける者は少ない傾向にあった。・研修の内容については、障害児の教育・指導に関するものが多く、次いで、障害児の基本的理解に関するもの、学校・部経営に関するものの順になっていた。・必要であると感じる力量が、教員の個人特性に応じて違いがあるのかを分析した結果、いずれの種類の養護学校においても、年齢が高くなるにつれて、また、養護学校教員経験年数が長くなるにつれて、「障害児教育に関する基本的な知識や資質能力」→「障害児の指導に必要な力量」→「学級経営に関する力量」→「学校・部の経営に関する力量」へと移行していく傾向が認められた。・精神薄弱養護学校の教員に比べて、肢体不自由と病弱養護学校の教員の方が、養護・訓練や医学的側面に関する力量を強く求めている傾向が伺われた。

This year's research is aimed at the first stage of the discussion on how to promote the development of teachers 'strength and training patterns in conservation schools.(1) The study aims at clarifying the development of teachers' strength and training patterns in conservation schools.
