量子不等式は非可換無限次元の解析である量子解析において基本となる不等式一般を指す.関数解析学と古典的な解析学の最大の差異は非可換性と可換性,有限次元性と無限次元性であるが,特に関数解析学の一分野としての量子解析は非可換性の表現としての行列解析的な重層構造にその典型的な特徴を有する.本研究では,汎関数演算(functional calculus)A〓f(A)に焦点を当てた.特に作用素単調関数によって定義された作用素平均の多様性とそれらの間に成り立つ不等式の解析的理論を,電気回路モデルからの問題意識のもと,関数解析学の手法を用い,数値解析的な実験を伴って,解析関数論として深める端緒を掴んだ.数式処理を援用することで問題となる不等式の背後に潜む固有値問題の構造も明らかになりつつある.研究の具体的な成果は以下の通りである.作用素単調関数に関連した作用素平均の電気回路的な観点から自然な組み合わせに依ってできる作用素平均の間の不等式に関して,数値解析学的な実験を行ってその正しさを確信することができた.証明に関しては,数式処理を用いたある散乱行列の確定方法とその行列の特異値問題に対して行列のある種の対称性とフラクタル的な構造など様々な知見を得ることができた.特に回路的な意味で双対的な一組の平均の間の不等式に関して,今まで得られていたものより複雑な不等式を得ることができた.
