项目摘要

1ミラノ大学 Soardi教授との共同研究で,山崎によるネットワークの放物型判定法を活用して,ネットワーク間の写像の中で粗等距離的(rough isometric)写像がネットワークの放物型を保存するものであることを証明した。更に,格子状領域から定義されるネットワーク上について,Lyonsの合成法によって得られる流れ(フロー)を用いて,放物型指数と次元が一致することを証明した。2局所有限な無限ネットワークに関する種々の放物型判定法をSoardiと総合的に再検討し,局所有限という条件を緩めることに成功し,確率論的な問題にも対応できるようにした。ランダムウォークの理論とネットワーク上のポテンシャル論の関連についても新たな知見を得た。また,ネットワーク上のディリクレポテンシャルの空間が正則関数空間になるための必要十分条件は,ネットワークが放物型でないことであるという新しい判定法を与えた。3有限ネットワーク上で制約条件を満たす流れの存在に関するGaleの定理に対応する結果を無限ネットワーク上で証明し,最大流れ最小切断定理の研究に応用した。マンハイム大学Oettli教授のサンドイッチ定理を使って,汎関数から流れを具体的に構成することに成功した。4無限ネットワーク上で種々の制約条件を満たすポテンシャルの存在に関する問題の研究に,上記3の研究手法の応用及び線形計画法におけるFarkasの補助定理の応用等について研究成果をまとめている。
