On the Citizen's Participation to the Forest Working

日本的森林发展历程长期以来是由林地所有者培育人工林以满足木材市场需求，但近年来许多林地所有者因无利可图而放弃了经营或至少不愿经营。另一方面，国民对森林价值的感受也变得多种多样。森林作为环境资源和文化资源越来越受到人们的重视，许多市民参与到森林工作中来，挥洒着汗水。我调查了这种情况并进行了分析。他们中的大多数人都非常关注环境问题，我认为这是一种公民的公共利益参与。

In Japan the course of development of forest has been for a long time to cultivate man-made-forest by the forestland owner for timber market.But recently many forestland owners throw up the management or at least are not eager, because of unprofitability. On the other hand, the nation's feelings of value of forests have become various. And the forest has been attached importance as the environmental resources or culutural resources.Many citizen are taking part in the forest working and are amusing themselves with sweat. I investigated this situation and analized. Most of them are very consious of Environment Issue, and I judge this is a kind of citizen's Public-interest participation.
