The production period of silvicultural forestry is very long. And the input of labor or capital has a partiality to the early part of that period. By the way , in some local area in Japan, when the Japanese forestry was showing activity (1955-1970) , the cases that the forests were sold at the stage of the end of those operations were in evidence . And some forest management bodies did so in business --"SITATEYAMA" method of silvicultural forestry--.The author studied positively on these cases. The purchasers were men of small and medium property in that area who acted as an interest-bearing capital. The area that the author studied were Kumanogawa-town in Wakayama prefecture, Miyama-town in Mie prefecture and east part of Hokkaido.Now, Japanese forestry is in structural depression, and few people invest in afforestation. But the local management body for maintenance and utilization of forests are required, taking measures for drawing government funds.We have to pursuit the expansive form of "SHITATEYAMA" method --the separation of ownership and management--.

造林林业生产周期很长。而且劳动力或资本的投入都偏向这一时期的早期。顺便说一下，在日本的一些地方，当日本林业开展活动时（1955-1970年），在这些活动结束阶段出售森林的情况是显而易见的。一些森林经营机构在商业上也这样做了——“SITATEYAMA”造林法——。笔者对这些案例进行了积极的研究。购买者是该地区拥有中小型房产的人，他们充当生息资本。笔者研究的地区是和歌山县熊野川町、三重县美山町以及北海道东部地区。目前，日本林业处于结构性衰退，很少有人投资造林。但需要地方管理机构对森林进行维护和利用，采取措施吸引政府资金。我们必须追求“下山”方法的扩展形式——所有权和经营权分离。
