A Development of Technical Information System R&D and Production for CIM

在两年中（1993.4-1995.3），我们为我们的主题研究了以下内容，这些内容名列前茅。在计算机集成制造（CIM）系统中构建了制造技术信息系统。该系统在开发/设计类别和生产控制类别之间起着重要的联系作用。该系统利用计算机辅助设计（CAD）自动进行“零件扩展”绘图，生成(1)制造图，(2)材料及零件清单，(3)验收标准清单，(4)工序检验标准清单，(5)终检标准清单，(6)采购规范，(7)标准操作手册，(8)生产工序标准清单，(9)工序间检验标准清单，（10）成本表。在此基础上，建立了技术信息数据库。结果，管理效率提高，因为从设计/开发到制造之间的交货时间大大缩短。在此基础上，构建了评价体系经济性的标准，并根据实际管理图纸观察了研究的有效性。此外，我们将CIM系统的计算机网络和工程数据库有机地结合起来，最终可以构建通用的CIM系统。

For two years (1993.4-1995.3) , We studied following contents for our subject which showed on top. We constructed manufacturing technique information system in CIM (computer integrated manufacturing) system. This system perform important role to relate between develop/design category and production control category. And this system automatically carries out "parts expansion" based drawing by CAD (computer aided design) , and so It makes (1) Drawing for Manufacturing, (2) Material & Parts List, (3) Standard list of Acceptance Inspection, (4) Standard list of process Inspection, (5) Standard list of Final Inspection, (6) Purchasing Specification, (7) Standard Manual of Operations, (8) Standard list of Production Processes, (9) Standard list of Inspection between Processes, (10) Cost statement. Even, we constructed database for these technique information to consider know-how.At result, management efficiency rise because leadtime reduce drastic between design/develop and manufacturing. Also, we construct criterion for evaluation system economy, we observed effectiveness of our study based on actual management's drawing.In addition, we join organic conputer network and engineering database for CIM system, and so we finally able to construct general CIM system.
