项目摘要

評価のための理論的研究は効用理論や測定理論でなされており,順序を保存する評価属性の設定と評価属性の重要度の同定方法が研究されている.また,AHPやコンジョイント法では一対比較の結果や対象の順位付けデータから評価属性の重要度が求められている.ファジー測度では評価属性の重視度を求め,重視度と充足度のファジー積分により,対象の評価値を求めている.しかし,これらの評価理論が適用できるのは製品の品種が同じ場合など,対象が比較的狭い範囲に限定されており,対象範囲を広げると選好関係に一貫性が成り立たなくなる場合が多い.競争の激しい現在では他の品種の製品とも競合する可能性があり,一貫性を持たない選好関係の基づく評価が必要となってきている.本研究の基本アイデアは「多様な対象を評価する場合に一貫性が確保できないのは,対象毎に変化する複数のタイプの評価属性で評価しているからである」という考え方であり,「評価属性を評価する対象毎に切り替えを認めることによって,一見一貫性がないと考えられる評価も正しく認識できる」という考え方である.本研究では効用理論,意思決定理論,測度理論等の評価にかかわる研究を再調査した上で,対象によって切り替わる複数のタイプの評価属性の集まりを評価構造として定義し,意思決定者の選好を正しく表現する評価構造が存在するための条件を求めた.評価構造理論の整備に基づき,極小な評価構造を現実に作成するための評価構造作成のアルゴリズムを作成し,このアルゴリズムに従い実際に一対比較の結果から評価構造を作成するシステムを構築した.具体的には対象の集合,評価属性の集合,各評価属性による対象の順序づけをデータベースとして記憶し,一対比較結果を入力すると評価構造を求めるシステムを構築した.その上でAHPやその他の評価技法と比較し,評価構造作成システムの妥当性を検討した.
