Survey Nonresponse Analysis based on Social Security Administration Records

Respondents and nonrespondents in two business surveys will be compared using complete registry data on all designated units. Detailed univariate comparisons of responding and nonresponding units will be done and multivariate models for the explanation of nonresponse will be fitted. Furthermore, imputed and differently weighted data sets of the incomplete data sets will be compared to the administrative data. So we will be able to compare the performance of many different suggested nonresponse compensating and weighting models for business surveys.
