The aim of this project is to further develop the record linkage based on Bloom filters in terms of identity data in patient-centered care as well as validating the procedure with real data. Using the dataset of unique patient identifiers at the University Hospital Munich (with about one million people in the last 10 years) different variants of the weighting and standardization of identifiers will be examined.
