Agricultural land trust is one of the most significant thoughts and methods for the agricultural land utilization system under the conditions where the agricultural land utilization separates from the agricultural land holding itselfThereare many farm management corporations already established in USA recently that many function not only of reabjustmcnt of agricultural land holding and utilization , byt also of suply of carious information service for agricultureSimirar functions are taken on in France by the groupe of agricultural lamd ( GFA )We can also recognize such new movements in the socilists countried as an appearance of a kind of agricultural land trust system that the sweno-system is introduced into the kolkhoz in USSR. and that the people's commune is reorganized into the small faily farmers farm in the people's Republic of ChinaLand trust systcm in agriculture is not surely so developed in Japan till today , when we use the term of agricultural land trust according to the definition of the Agricultural Land Law or Agricultural Cooperatives Law.But we can find the tendemcy of development of that system in the development of land lease accerated by the Law for Agricultural Land Mobilization.Agricultural cooperatives play an important part in this system as Intermediate Organization.

农地信托是在农地使用与农地持有分离的条件下，对农地利用制度进行改革的重要思路和方法之一。美国近年来成立了许多农场管理公司，其功能不仅是调整农地持有与使用，拜特还为农业提供各种信息服务。在法国，农业信息服务集团（GFA）承担了类似的职能。社会主义国家的这一新动向，也可以看作是苏联集体农庄引入瑞士人制度这一农业土地信托制度的一种表现。中华人民共和国的人民公社改组为小农农场，日本的农业土地托管制度至今还不发达，但从《土地法》和《农业合作社法》对农地信托的定义来看，在土地租赁制度的发展过程中，我们可以看到农地信托制度的发展趋势，农业合作社作为中介组织，在这一制度中发挥着重要作用。
