Study on the inhabitants' Consciousness and community planning on surrounding region of great city.

通过这3年的研究，我们对大城市周边农业区进行了研究，明确了大城市周边农业区的社区规划方式。以下是我们的主要结果。我们发现对该地区进行了有用的分类。我们将其命名为“区域-社会型”。根据几个居民群体的组成，这些类型被分类。有四种群体，第一种是现有的农民，第二种是现有的非农民，第三种是有血缘或地域关系的移民，第四种是纯粹的移民。利用这一范畴，我们可以很容易地描述每个区域的特征，从广泛的城市到狭窄的村庄。(2)在居民对居住区域的认知上，既有居民与移民居民存在明显差异。当两者混合在一个地区时，混合比例对于维持良好的群落非常重要。(3)另一方面，当这种混合发生时，村庄的社会特征与新社区发展的可能性密切相关。(4)因此，定居人口与外来人口的混合比例以及村落的社会特征是该地区社区规划的决定因素。

Through these 3 years, we have made research on the agricultural region surrounding great city to clarity the way of community planning in such region. Followings are our main results.(1) We found useful categolization of the region. We named it as "regio-social type". The type ave categolized by the composition of several inhabitants' groups. there are 4 groups, 1st is eristing farmer, 2rd is existing non-farmer, 3rd is immigrant who has a blood or regional relation, 4th is pure immigrant. Using this categoly, we can describe easily about the charactaristics of each region from the wide as metnopolice to the narrow area as the village.(2) On the inhabitants' cousciousness to their living area, there are evident difference between existing and immigrated inhabitants. When both of them mixed in one area, mix ratio is very important to maintain the community well.(3) On the other hand, social character of villages are deeply coucerned to the possibility of developing new commumity when this mixing happened.(4) So, mix ratio of existing and immigrating inhabitants and social character of the village are dicision factor of community planning in such region.
