Study of Disaster Prevention Resources from the Viewpoint of Inhabitants' Consciousness

本研究的目的在于了解居民对于防灾资源的认知，以及对于防灾设施的选择性。本研究在八户市、秋田市、新潟市、仙台市、静冈市5个城市的10个地区进行了选择性问卷调查，并使用数量化方法III和聚类分析进行了分析。(1)教育设施被理解为灾害中的复合设施（防灾基地，避难所，供应设施等）。(2)居民在灾难中依赖医院作为急救站。(3)居民对防灾设施的认知分为5大类7小类选择性模式。(4)这些选择性模式与人的属性和地区设施的位置有关。(5)在防灾活动的人力资源方面，居民的防灾意识与邻里关系有关。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the inhabitants' consciousness concerned with disaster prevention resources and selectivity on the district facilities which are designated as the disaster prevention facilities. The questionnaire survey on selectivity was carried out at ten areas in five cities (Hachinohe-shi, Akita-shi, Niigata-shi, Sendai-shi and Shizuoka-shi).And we analyzed using Quantification method III and cluster analysis.The important findings of this study are summarized as follows.(1) The educational facilities are understood for compound facilities (disaster prevention base, place of refuge, supply facilities, etc) in disaster.(2) Inhabitants rely on a hospital as a first-aid station in disaster.(3) The inhabitants' consciousness on the disaster prevention facilities is classified the 5 large types and 7 small types of selectivity patterns.(4) These selectivity patterns are related to the attributes of people and the location of district facilities.(5) Concerning human resources of the disaster prevention activities, the inhabitants' consciousness is related to relationship with a neighborhood.
