Planning and Practice of Faculty Development Program for University Teachers.

根据初步计划，各小组进行了分配的任务如下：第一组：教师发展参考资料的调查研究--考察了FD Progaram的实际问题和实际做法，并特别注意其在日本的应用。第二组：收集各种形式的大学活动综合评估评价表，包括课堂教学、研究活动、学生指导、社会服务、行政管理和大学整体等评估对象，以及国际组织、国内组织、董事会、行政人员、教务委员会、科系、教职员工、一般员工、学生、学生、家长、家长、第三组：建立研修班培训中心，编辑用于构建通识课程教材的录像带摘录。第四组：《教师手册》版本，包括《当代大学生》、《授课方法》、《研讨会讨论》、《评分》、《语言技能》等章节。首席调查员：发表研究论文--四卷FD研究报告已经打印出来，其余四卷仍在进行中。

Following the initial plan, each group has proceeded the tasks assigned as follows :Group 1 : Survey study of reference materials on Faculty Development (FD) -- practical problems and actual practices of FD Progaram were examined with special attention to their application to Japan.Group 2 : Collection of various forms of evaluation sheet for comprehensive assessment of university activities, including the objects of evaluation such as classroom instruction, Research Activity, student guidance, social services, administration, and university as a whole, and the evaluators such as international organizations, domestic organizations, board of trustees, administrators, Faculty, committees, divisions/departments, teaching staffs, general staffs, students, almini, parents, applicants, and supporting citizens.Group 3 : Establishment of the FD training center for workshops, editing of VTR excerpts for constructing teaching materials for general education courses.Group 4 : Edition of the Faculty Handbook, including chapters on "Current college students", "Lecture methods", "Seminar discussions", "Grading", "Language skills", etc.Head Investigator : Publication of research papers -- Four volumes of the FD Study Report have been printed off, while remaining 4 volumes are still under way.
