项目摘要

The aim of this study is that analyze of labor introduction method and actual condition of labor management at employed workers farm. First study year. We try to statistical analysis of labor supply and introduction by using agriculture sensus. The result of this analysis, we notice new movement of farms which depend on employed workers.Scond study year, we research on the actual condition of these farms. It's object is large scale vegetables farm, rice farm of legal person etc..Third study rear, we continue research. And additional, we try to analyze employed workers farm in california.The result of these studies we get new ideas understand for development of hired labor introduction farm.

本研究的目的是分析就业农场的劳动力引进方法和劳动力管理的实际情况。第一学年。我们尝试用农业感官对劳动力供给和引进进行统计分析。分析的结果是，我们注意到依赖雇佣工人的农场出现了新的变化。第二个学习年，我们对这些农场的实际情况进行了研究。本文的研究对象是大型的蔬菜农场、法人的水稻农场等。此外，我们还试图分析加州农场的就业工人。研究结果对我国雇工引进农场的发展有了新的认识。
