The author intended to clarify nurse's legal responsibilities on fer professional care through analyzing 47 cases in Japan and 30 cases in United States.Findings and reasons stated in these cases suggest us following procedures to be adopted as nurse's legal responsibilities :to provide an accurate and prudent prognosis ;to observe general health and safety conditions for client ; and to make an immediate report and consult a qualified physician if abnormal symptoms or signs were observed.

作者打算通过分析日本的47例案件和在美国的30例案件来阐明护士对FER专业护理的法律责任。在这些案件中所述的调查和原因表明，我们遵循将其作为护士的法律责任采用的程序：提供准确谨慎的预后；观察客户的一般健康和安全条件；并立即报告并咨询合格的医生，如果观察到异常症状或迹象。
