Z03 will be a collaborative platform for computational modelling and prerequisite analytics. It will provide to all RU members training and know-how in computational modelling approaches particularly physically based ones. It will also continue to develop and deploy high level tools for quantification and analysis of microscopy data through the MorphographX platform. It will benefit from the expertise of Mercator Fellow Richard Smith who is an expert on these topics as well as continued expert input by staff at all levels in the Tsiantis lab at MPIPZ Cologne and the Alim lab at TU Munich on modelling approaches.
