项目摘要

It hasbeen posturated that unilateral testicular torsion causes damages to the octralateral testis and concequently reduces fertility, and that detorsion of the twisted testis performed within a critical time might prevent contralateral testicular damages. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the time from torsion to detorsion affects the spermatogenesis of the contralateral testis or fertility in prepubertal rats using flow cytometry and fertility test. Thirty-five-day-old male SD rats were diveded into 4 groups which underwent sham-operation group (1), 4 hours' duration of unilateral testicular torsion (2), 8 hours' duration of testicular torsion (3), and 12 hours' testicular torsion (4). Five weeks after operation, fertility and contralateral spermatogenesis by flow cytometry weer evaluated.The results showed that both contralateral testicular spermatogenesis and fertility were not affected by the duration of 4 hours, and that contralateral testicular spermatogenesis was reduced with fertility not being affected by the duration of 8 hours, and that both contralateral testicular spermatogenesis and fertility were reduced by the duration of 12 hours in experimental unilateral testicular torsion of prepubertal rats.It is concluded that unilateral testicular torsion causes damages to the contralateral testicular function consequantly reducing fertility at puberty, when torsion of the unilateral testis is kept for more than 8 hous.
单侧睾丸扭转可引起一侧睾丸的损伤,从而降低生育能力,在关键时间内复位扭转睾丸可防止对侧睾丸的损伤。本研究旨在通过流式细胞术和生育力试验探讨扭转至复位时间对青春期前大鼠对侧睾丸生精功能和生育力的影响。将35日龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组(1)、单侧睾丸扭转4h组(2)、单侧睾丸扭转8h组(3)、单侧睾丸扭转12h组(4)。术后5周,用流式细胞仪检测对侧睾丸生精功能和生育力,结果表明:4小时内对侧睾丸生精功能和生育力无影响,8小时内对侧睾丸生精功能减少,生育力无影响。青春期前大鼠单侧睾丸扭转12h后,对侧睾丸生精功能和生育力均下降,说明单侧睾丸扭转对睾丸的功能和生育力均有损害。当一侧睾丸扭转超过8小时时,对侧睾丸功能会降低青春期的生育能力。
