We could observe detail choroidal circulation of ICG angiography such as dye leakage, pathological vessels, exact circulation time using computer assisted image subtraction method of different two images. The result is accepted and will be published in European J.Ophthalmology.Then, we studied hypofluorescence of ICG angiography using computer simulation method by three dimensional software. In this study, location of blocking substance and blocking rate in ICG angiography were observed. The result was presented at the 2nd International Symposium of ICG angiography in 1995.We are studying about hypofluorescent lesion which is made using computer graphic software in the actual human ICG angiograph. The hypofluorescent lesions could be demonstrated by subtration method, but by the simple observation of human eye only a few lesions could be detected.As a result, simple observation of human eye is not enough ability to diagnose ICG angiography. The result will be presented at the symposium of the meeting of Japanese Ophthalmology Society in March 1996.

采用计算机辅助图像减影技术，对两幅图像进行对比分析，观察ICG血管造影的脉络膜循环细节，如染料渗漏、病变血管、准确的循环时间等。本文的研究结果已被欧洲眼科杂志所接受，并将发表在《欧洲眼科杂志》上。然后，我们利用三维软件对ICG血管造影的弱荧光进行了计算机模拟研究。本研究观察了ICG血管造影中阻塞物的位置和阻塞率。本研究结果已在1995年第二届ICG血管造影国际研讨会上发表。减影法可显示低荧光病变，而单纯人眼观察只能检出少数病变，因此，单纯人眼观察不足以诊断ICG血管造影。结果将在1996年3月日本眼科学会会议的专题讨论会上发表。
