The results of experimental study for the application of osteoblastic cells as a biomaterial were examined with the implantation of freeze-thaw cellural film into mouse muscle tissue. And this material has a osteoinductive activity were confirmed with the immunohistochemical technique. According these results, the osteogenesis as membranous ossification is progress after calcification of implanted materials 14days post-implantation. We have been to submit of these results, now.And the complex materials of atelocollagen membrane and osteoblastic cells was examined with the implantation into mouse subcutaneous. This concept is for a membraneous materials of guided tissue regeneration (GTR) system. In the results, this complex materials were calcified in subcutaneous after 28 days post-implantation. These are supporting that this complex material is useful material for GTR system. This series of examination was published, already.And more, we had some results about the biological influences of transforming growth factor-beta, insulin-like growth factor-1 and platelet-derived growth factor to osteoblastic cells, already. We have been trying to make a manuscript, now.
