1.研究の目的の達成本研究では、スチルビデオカメラによって約500枚の史跡、博物館の実物を撮影し、この画像データをコンピュータと連動させることによって、次の18の学習テーマにわたる「江戸時代学習」のための地域教材ソフトを開発することができた。(1)江戸庶民の生活文化(2)浮世絵(3)大名の生活(4)徳川ゆかりの女性たち(5)松尾芭蕉と奥の細道の旅(6)蘭学の発達に尽くした人々(7)国学の発達に尽くした人々(8)儒学の発達に尽くした人々(9)江戸城と町づくり(10)新田開発と農業技術の進歩(11)五街道と一里塚(12)開国後の貿易(13)忠臣蔵(14)町奉行と代官(15)亨保の改革(16)江戸中期の政治改革(17)安政の大獄と桜田門外の変(18)江戸幕府の最後2.研究実施計画の遂行いち早くアップル社のスチルビデオカメラを購入していただいたおかげで、計画通り7月に2回,8月に3回、東京へ史跡・博物館のスチルビデオ撮影に出かけることができた。ただ毎回ノート型パソコン、パワーブックを携行したので、一日に撮影できる箇所に制約が生じた。このため12月にさらに3回、そして、1月にも1回、追加して撮影に行かざるを得なかった。このような計画の変更はあったが、本研究の根幹をなすスチルビデオ撮影が遂行されたことは有難いことであった。3.今後の研究の展望本研究を通して、江戸時代の体験的学習のための導入教材がコンピュータを活用して効果的に開発されることが明らかになった。今後は「明治,大正,昭和時代」の作業的,体験的学習のための教材リフトの開発を目ざしている。そこにおいては単にスチルビデオだけでなく、映像・音声・音楽・写真・図解・文字などを統合したマルチメディア教材の開発を目ざしている。
