项目摘要

管理者間の水平的ならびに垂直的インターラクションによって、価値観や情報がどのように共有されるのか、またこれによって経営戦略がどのように実施・創発されるのかに関してフィールド調査を行った。場面としては、原価企画におけるインターラクションをまず最初に取り上げた。これに関しては、これまでに実施した原価企画に関する実証研究をベースとして、異職種の管理者間のインターラクションに的を絞って調査を行った。また、ドイツ企業を対象に調査を行う機会があったので、比較研究を行った。これらについては研究成果をとりまとめ、公刊することができた。異職種間のインターラクションが原価企画の成功にとってベースとなるエレメントであることを実証できたと思われる。第2に、ミニ・プロフィット・センターの業績管理システムの調査を行い、トップ・マネジメント・マネジメントとミドル・マネジメント以下の管理者の間で、業績目標の設定やマイルストーン管理を通じて、価値観や情報がどのように共有され、またこれが戦略の実施と創発にどのように繋がっているかを観察した。この成果は近日中にまとめる予定である。トップ・マネジメントとミドル・マネジメントにとって結果が見えやすい業績指標を使って、タイムリ-に、しかもインターラクティブにフィードバックを行うことが有効であることを実証できた。
